III.    Making Brochures Using Microsoft Publisher

1. Start, Programs, Microsoft Publisher

  
· Under “wizards,” select “Brochures.”
  
· Choose a “Brochure” template (on the right)
            (Double click on picture)
  
·  Click Next  (use wizard to customize your layout)

  
·   To disarm the wizard, click on:  Finish
  
·    Click on “Hide Wizard” in the left column.

ONCE A TEMPLATE IS SELECTED, CLICK ON THE GRAPHICS AND TEXT TO MAKE CHANGES.    CREATE YOUR OWN PICTURES AND WORDS.

NOTE:  The brochure consists of two pages.  See librarian to help with double-sided
               copying.

2.  For graphics - pictures

        ·  Microsoft Publisher Clip Art – from the file menu, select:
                  Insert picture – Clip Art and/or Clips Online (type in your term)
