Lenape High School District Media Centers

The Lenape Regional High School District's Internet Policy is provided for students and staff to conduct research and to communicate with others.  Use of this network must  be consistent with the educational mission of the school district  (to succeed...humanely interact...compete globally...through a leading edge curriculum...within a safe and substance free environment).

Access to network services is provided to users who agree to act in a considerate and responsible manner.  Access is a privilege, not a right.  Access entails responsibility.  It is understood that anyone using this Internet network has agreed to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy.

Individual users of the district computer networks are responsible for their behavior and communications over those networks.  Student users will comply with District Board Policy #5600 (Expectations for Student Behavior) and Board Policy #5500 ( Pupil Conduct).

Network storage areas may be treated like school lockers.  Network administrators may review files and communications to maintain system integrity and insure that users are using the system responsibly.  Users should not expect that files stored on district servers will always be private.
